About the Role

As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for job seekers using Jobbluff, ensuring they not only understand our platform but also achieve measurable career outcomes. You'll work directly with users to help them navigate career transitions, optimize their job search strategies, and build long-term relationships that turn satisfied users into advocates.

This role combines strategic account management with hands-on user coaching, from onboarding new users and conducting product training to tracking usage patterns and gathering feedback for product improvement. You'll play a crucial role in our growth by driving user retention, expanding usage within organizations, and collecting insights that shape our product roadmap.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new users and ensure they understand how to leverage Jobbluff for maximum impact on their job search
  • Provide personalized coaching and strategy sessions to help users optimize their job search approach
  • Monitor user engagement and proactively reach out to ensure continued value and success
  • Track and analyze user behavior patterns to identify opportunities for improved user experience
  • Collect and synthesize user feedback to inform product development and feature prioritization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key users, including enterprise accounts and influencers
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create user success stories and case studies
  • Measure and report on customer success metrics, including retention, expansion, and NPS scores

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of customer success, account management, or client services experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in coaching and relationship building
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and understanding of user adoption and engagement metrics
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM tools and basic analytics
  • Understanding of career development, job search processes, and recruitment industry dynamics
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle complex user challenges and edge cases
  • Experience with customer feedback collection and analysis
  • Passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals and improving user experiences

Nice to Have

  • Experience with job search platforms or career services
  • Background in career counseling, recruiting, or human resources
  • Familiarity with customer success tools like ChurnZero, Gainsight, or Totango
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts or high-value customers
